Learn how to read Ye Olde Forsooth recipe and transform it into a delicious dish. And how to spice up your everyday dinners with exotic flavors from another time and place. We’ll talk about how and then we’ll interpret at least two recipes.

Class includes:
- Spicy secrets
- Translation tricks
- How to understand Middle English in one easy lesson
- Glossary of historic cooking terms and unfamiliar ingredients
- Timeline of foods and cooking manuscripts
- Where to find recipes, cookbooks, and advice

No prior historic or cooking experience needed. Come as you are.
